Both Universities hereby confirm they would accept applications from students/alumni that have successfully completed courses at the other institute as both parties recognize the current service of each party.

In accordance with Swiss federal regulations, the use of the term "university" is reserved for public institutions; however, private higher education providers are legally allowed to operate under cantonal allowance as long as they do not use the protected term "university" in Switzerland. In our case, the cantonal allowance is fully sufficient for legal operation.
All academic degrees issued by the International Academy in Switzerland are notarized by a licensed public notary and may be after it legalized by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA)—also referred to as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs—orlegalized with an apostille for official use in countries that are signatories to the Hague Apostille Convention.
