Stakeholders include experts such as suppliers and debt issues. They go beyond is the matter is commonly known as boardrooms or corporate meetings. Dealing with external stakeholders within an organization can be tricky as the real experts are not on the ground. This is why undergraduates who have a major in business or economics need to have a 2-year Master degree program in Financial Management to start Ph.D.

Stakeholders base on financial statements in order to determine the strength of the organization. Bank lenders, as well as other business suppliers,  fall under the group of external stakeholders. Their earnings are directly proportional to the strength of the organization on a financial perspective. Students under this course will be taught how to identify stakeholders, ways of reporting and handling organizational risks, carrying out an in-depth stake holder’s analysis, submitting financial reports among other sensitive duties. Students will be exposed to complete accounting information, which usually helps to come up with candid financial decisions. Professionals also learn how to evaluate the performance of the organization, profitability and, the viability of given investments, or how to come up with any action in the future depending on the state of the organization.

Since accounting is dynamic, this course has the relevant updated information that will equip learners with the ultimate approaches to various needs and challenges. This unique course gives learners great potentials of discoveries and creativity in the business world.

How long should be my thesis? 
Usually, it should be from 60.000 – 100.000 words (from chapter 1 to chapter 5). students are allowed to have 10% less or more. However, the supervisor can allow a student to write more.

Do you mention on the Ph.D. online or distance?
No.

Can I use the title?
We have asked the Swiss Authorities about the title, and their answer was (Students are allowed to use the title they got from the school)

Is there a "Thesis Defence"?
Yes, and we recommend students to do it in Switzerland however it can be done ONLINE too, you need a camera and microphone.
